“Worst place in Istanbul”
+The worst place I stayed in Istanbul. I've been to Istanbul for over 20 times and this was the last minute booking and was a very bad choice. The host was not welcoming. Service is zero.

+Friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. Fantastic views from balcony/terrace. Good location, close to Taksim Square. Sofa bed could do with being upgraded/renewed.

+El establecimiento está en general acogedor,y bien, las habitaciones muy correctas, la ubicación fenomenal, el trato y personal lo mejor. El único pero o fallo es la falta de limpieza de las habitaciones más continuo

+Everything looked so much better on the Pictures. It wasn't ugly, so it was "OKAY" to stay there for a few days. The Wi-Fi was awful. It rarely worked. The staff was okay. One Girl couldn't barely speak turkish or even english. It was hard to communicate with her, but she was nice. One other Girl (Elnaz if I remember properly) was really nice to us. She helpes us and could talk turkish and english. The other stuff (especially one man) were OKAY. A Little arrogant. The residence is in a 3 Minute walk distance from the Taksim square, which was quiet nice. But the houses next to the residence were extremely ugly and I didn't feel safe. One of the staff workers asked me if I can give a good Review. I'm sorry, I'm not giving a good Review. I am just giving an honest Review. I would NOT recommend to book this residence.

+Ben bu oteli internetten buldum eşim ve 2 baldızım eşimin 9 agustos yas günü İçin surprız yapıp doğum gününü kutlasın maksadıyla.ilk gün ücret li vip araba istedik havaalanı karşılaması İçin 45 dakika bekletmişler gariptir otelin gönderdiği şoför oteli bulamamış,famıly room balkonlu odayı almıştık otele geldiklerinde odayı sayın ARAPLARA satmışlar buradada kazık yedik 2. Günü eşime bir çalışan yada sahibi geliyor oda içinde laminant tamiri olacağından başka ötele transfer yapmak İçin zorlamışlar herhalde buda Zengın Araplara pazarlama taktiği yemedi tabi..3. Gün 16 yaşlarında bir çocuk eşime parayı yatırmadıgını ve parayı ötele cash ödemesi gerektiğini kabaca söylemi.. hanımın faturayı gostermesınden sonra çocuğun haa pardon demesi.... bizi çileden çıkardı biz adam olmayız arab furyasına güvenen turizmciler ileride bu yanlışlıklarınızla diğer iyi turizmcileri batırıyorsunuz yapmayın...biz bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz
