+We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, the location was good, and the hospitality was excellent. We felt welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended!

“Horrible!”
+Nothing! Horrible! Dirty! Rotten!
−The surrounding area is full of beggars, addicts, and prostitutes (literally right at the hotel entrance). The staff member was rude, visibly under the influence of drugs, and didn’t speak a single word of Portuguese; he even refused to provide the breakfast that was included in the stay. The towels were smelly and covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the photos! Simply put: DO NOT STAY HERE.

+No me gusto nada
−I didn't like the room, there's no parking, the photos were AI-generated from the internet, the staff wasn't attentive, and the area isn't very safe for a family with children.

“The worst bed&breakfast I've ever been.”
+The location.
−Had never seen such big cockroaches (second photo). The furniture was old and partly damaged. The plase was not clean. The pictures do not represent the true state of the place. Its basically a construction side. Staff always was very understanding and confirmed they'd take care of it, but never actually did. The "continental breakfast" was a joke (first photo).

“THE WORST EXPERIENCE”
−In my life i have never been in a such dirty and bad smelly place. It was disgusting even going inside the room all smelling curry and the bathrooms were dirty enough as the floors had lots of hair and i had to manage not to puke. I also had the worst towels they were dirty i couldnt sleep for one night even i brought my own sheets. I had to check out earlier!!

“Beautiful”
+The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help us find our way around the city and made sure we had a great experience. Their hospitality really made our stay special, and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

+Nichts
−Alles sehr sehr dreckig. Personal versteht kein Englisch.
