“A boutique truck stop on an industrial estate for business users.”
+As vacationers we were not expecting to be staying on an industrial estate. Some people may like that, however not us and we feel that should be made clear in the hosts description. They say it is clearly mentioned but it is not. You would need to read all of the 160+ reviews and be familiar with identification of industrial buildings on google maps. The apartment was super clean and the furnishings were of very good quality, large shower, aircon, new bedding etc.
−Accommodation is located on a large commercial industrial estate, surrounded by factories/warehouses. No residential properties within a 1km radius. The view is the haulage road and factories/warehouses which run adjacent to the room, not to mention the huge wind turbine opposite the property. I was unaware of the location during booking, even though we had looked at google maps location and read some reviews.

+Everything! It was very nice, clean and cozy and it had all the facilities one needs for their stay in order to feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend!
−The location was very remote and if you dont drive, you are lost, as in the early morning the only way to get to the civilization is to get bus 55 (the only one operating) which stop is 17mins away walking distance and in the morning was really dark and there was a thick fog surrounding, which was making it really creepy. However, if you drive, then no concern. I also didnt like that the sink in the bathroom was easily getting blocked and I didn't know how to unblock it, which was annoying. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and the apartment was wonderful!

“Great studio!”
+Comfortable studio in an excellent condition, comfortable and well thought-through organisation of the space. 2 AirCos, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room, controlled separately. Very clean. A very pleasant stay!
−There are literally no supermarkets around. Not even a vending machine to buy a sandwich. So come prepared, bring your own food! There's a fridge and the freezer in the room.

+très joli studio au calme à quelques minutes de gand. possibilité de se garer devant l'établissement. tout le confort à l'intérieur et les relations avec l'hote étaient très facile

+Tutto. Appartamento pulitissimo, nuovo, accogliente e confortevole. Tutto ciò di cui essere grati. Facilissimo raggiungere il centro di Gant con la linea bus 55 che si ferma a circa 600mt dall'appartamento. Consigliatissimo! A dir poco eccellente.

“Plus hôtel que logement de vacances…..”
+Logement neuf très fonctionnel, moderne et très calme. La salle d’eau est très grande et de bonne qualité. Le wifi est de bonne qualité. Studio très confortable. Lit énorme de 180 de largeur.
−Le logement est très calme car on est dans une zone industrielle… donc loin de tout (voiture obligatoire pour tout faire). Le logement est plus proche d’une prestation d’hôtel que d’un logement de vacances, les ustensiles de cuisine sont très limités.

“très propre , Le parking, le batiment et les équipements sont faits et choisis avec gout.”
+situé dans une ZAC, donc très calme au mois d'aout. Nous avons été reçu par un représentant car nous n'avions pas la bonne chambre et le bon code. Le ménage et les ustensiles de cuisine étaient très propres. Merçi en espérant vous recontacter pour une nouvelle visite dans vos locaux. Ps pouvez vous me donner les adresses de vos locations SVP. −Nous n'avons su mettre en route la télévision( une notice éllaboréé avec quelques chaines Françaises auraient été utiles.
