+Having the Big Thompson River right on the back of the property was great. It was also fantastic to have the YMCA, downtown and RMNP all close by.

“Quiet and charming”
+Location, cleanliness, amenities, fabulous pillows, even had a.hot pot for tea. The bakery next door is an added treat. This is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a quiet spot by the river but doesn't require the fancy.things that come with high-end prices.
−Nothing, really. I was a solo traveler and overall the location is quiet and safe. The only thing I sort of wanted was a chain or additional door security at night but I got over it.

+The location is on the river. There is car traffic nearby, but it's not bad. The cafe on property had good breakfast burritos too.
−The walls were very thin and my neighbors were up all night. The noise resulted in missing sleep and led me to sleep through my hiking time slot for RMNP.

“Will book again next time!”
+So quiet and lovely being on the creek! It was nice to have a little kitchenette. Huge bonus is the incredible bakery next door!

“It is a fantastic location. For the price I would think there would be a few basics that are not pro”
+Location is great.
−Did not see a single staff person in the entire state. There for four days no refills on the little coffees for the coffee pot. Had to take our own trash out when we left the property.

“Excellent stay”
+Location, clean, quiet, amenities like the grills and the hot tub. Bakery next door was fantastic. Be aware it is closed Monday and Tuesday. We discovered also if you flick the lights off and on quickly they enter a "dim" mode. Nice full kitchen to cook or reheat food. Plenty of dishes and silverware.
−You could hear a bit of noise from the rooms upstairs but not enough to keep you awake at night.
