“Disappointingly basic for the price, convenient location”
+Location good. Reasonable size, easy check in and out. Mostly clean, iron, coffee machine and kettle provided.
−Bare minimum provided. Everything basic and soulless. No personal touch just pure corporate. Shower leaked and bathroom smelt damp reported first day not fixed. Had to have wet towels all over the floor to use the bathroom. Bed linen stained. Couldn’t sit on the sofa bed. Just a place to get your head down and spend as little time there as possible.

“Fairly good location but way overpriced given the condition of the apartment.”
+It was clean, near to the L1 metro station and fairly close to few cafes for breakfast/brunch.
−There was a taped electric lock on the main door which did not feel very safe. The bed in the master bedroom is not convenient and it makes sounds whenever you move. The bathroom was extremely small making it uncomfortable. The shower door does not seal and the water is flooding the room. The trash bin was tiny. The ventilation fan did not work and had mould around it. The sofa in the living room is old and uncomfortable. Also, the dining table chairs need to be replaced before someone falls down. Some of the above comments are repeated by other visitors too, but it seems they’re not being taken into consideration.

“Good location”
+The apartment was clean, tidy, good location.
−We left the apartment for breakfast at around 9.45 when we returned at 10.30 to collect our bags we could not get into the apartment. No one was replying to any messages we sent. In the end we called the 'emergency too much noise ' phone number who let us back in. We assumed we would be able to come and go up until the check out time of 11am. It wasn't clear when booking the bag storage was in a different location, around 20min walk away.

“A very high quality apartment”
+Location was great, access to the apartment was smooth. Very spacious for 4 people, could fit another 2 with the sofa bed if needed. Kitchen was well equipped, not that we used it, but we did take advantage of the washer dryer which worked fine. Bathroom was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the shampoo and shower gel provided was of good quality as was the towels. The beds were very comfortable and had good quality bed linen. Nice big TV in the living room. The air conditioning was very efficient. I would definitely re-book here again when I come back to Barcelona.
−Elevator to the 5th floor was a little small.

+Localización y el apartamento que estaba en perfectas condiciones.
−Que nos ofrecieron taxi para ir al aeropuerto debido que no había ascensor. Cosa que se agradece pero cuando fuimos a pedirlo nos dijeron que ya era muy tarde y que no podía ser. La verdad que no lo hubieran ofrecido.

“Je recommande pour un séjour de courte durée en famille pour visiter Barcelone”
+Très bien situé, à 2 pas du métro et 10 min à pied de la Plazza Cataluña. L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et calme avec les fenêtres fermées et la Clim, top
−Nous avons qques petits soucis au début mais l’equipe Sweet a été très réactive et aux petits soins.

“Kötü çok mağdur ettiler”
+Konumu iyiydi, odalar ve yataklar konforluydu
−Engelliyim ve küçük bebeğim vardı, asansör çalışmıyordu ,5. Kattaki odayı vermişler, bu sorun yüzünden otelle iletişime geçtim ama asansörün tamir olmayacağını ve giriş katında oda veremeyeceklerini söylediler , bu nedenle bana 200 Euro manevi tazminat teklif ettiler bende kabul ettim ama manevi tazminat ödemesi yapmadılar tam bir yalancılar!
