+What really makes this place are the hosts, they went above and beyond at every turn. We arrived with a lot of luggage and they graciously helped us carry everything up the 4 flights of stairs to the room. The room itself was lovely, it looked brand new. A nice little balcony for smokers or just to enjoy the view below. The water pressure and tempuratire was great in the shower and good in the bath after we had been showed how to work it. The bath itself is a great amenity as they are difficult to find in much of Italy. The A/C was super cold and the bed comfy. The hosts were alwasy just a text aaway and right there if you needed them (I think they live in the same apartment complex. The location was close to many things and walkable.much of y.

“Ok property”
+On arrival to the property ( it’s located on the 3rd floor) , there was extensive building works in the small hall, and a very strong smell of cooking. The host greeted us and was very friendly and explained the location, however I must say the description on Hotels.com slightly stretch the actual facilities. You are allowed a pastry from the shop accross the road every morning.. and there is a coffee machine in the small hall by the room.we had 2 coffee and that’s it. Never again refiled. The location is close to all amenities however was not in the best area to walk at night , if I am being honest. There was no hot water for the night, but luckily enough the next day we did get hot water. Overall I would say the stay was ok, but would say the description of the place and facilities are slightly stretched to say the least. No iron, no replenishment of toiletries or coffee pods during stay
