“Overpriced”
+Has a refrigerator aircon and hot shower. Clean and neat
−Bad communication. Nobody speaks English and not even trying translator .. basically follow me that’s your room. WiFi didn’t work. Small boxy room up two staircases . No parking. Must park in the street and street near train stations can be tricky. Not worth the price. The owner ru s this place with no love.

“OK for a one night stop, close to highway but SAME ROOM KEY for all”
+The accomodation is in central Caserta, on a lively street. Right next to it are some restaurants, bars and institutions, as well as several parking garages. There's street parking that is paid during the day but free during the night. It felt like a safe area with people out for the evening, walking, etc. The room was clean, had a modern bathroom, working AC and a fridge. Checkin was autonomous through code. The host gave us some info before arriving, including a video of where we found the keys and the room, but stopped responding after a bit.
−The most important thing is the rooms all have THE SAME KEY! There's a few rooms in the accomodation and the room key is just a standard room door key, so basically anyone can open your door. This felt very insecure and it's not how private accomodation should be handled. It was ok for us because we arrived late and never left the room, but I feel people would want to know this.

“Terrible cigarette smell and middle-of-the-night alarms: Not a great experience.”
+The location was extremely convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Reggia di Caserta, the main tourist attraction in town. The communication with the owner was quite good. He sent a video that was very helpful in figuring out how to access the building.
−Sweet Dream was described as a smoke-free facility, but there was a very intense cigarette smell in the hallway that permeated the rooms. Even if the rooms were technically smoke-free, the cigarette smell throughout was overwhelming. The a/c helped a bit, but did not come close to eliminating the cigarette smell throughout the building. Our party spanned two floors, and the cigarette smell was everywhere. An alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night, starting at around 4 am. It was unclear whether that was a fire alarm, a security alarm, or something else. It was stressful as we did not know whether we should evacuate. It went off after a few minutes, only to start again. We did not sleep well that night. The check-out time was 9:30 am, which is the earliest check-out time I have ever experienced in an Airbnb or hotel. As if that weren't early enough, a cleaning person knocked on our door at 9 am to access the room to clean it. There was no hot water in our room in the morning, so I had to take a (very) cold shower. Fortunately, our friends in the other two rooms did have hot water. −1. Il titolare mi ha chiesto 20 euro in più nonostante fossimo nella fascia oraria prevista da booking (che ci siamo rifiutati di pagare) 2. La camera era senza persiane quindi la mattina sei costretto a svegliarti all'alba 3. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato 4. Il condizionatore non funziona non funziona bene 5. La multipresa non funziona 6. Mancano le luci per i comodini 7. Asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate 8. Non c'era il sapone liquido ma solo delle bustine che sono risultate insufficienti 9. La chiave della stanza era una semplice chiave universale con la quale è possibile aprire anche le porte degli altri ospiti 10. Era pieno di guano di piccione sui vetri del bagno 11. Check out troppo presto alle 9 la signora bussa alla porta

−Non ho ancora ricevuto la fattura richiesta, nonostante il tempo passato, la struttura pare deludere i necessari requisiti tecnici per un utilizzo adeguato (lo dico da ingegnere, bagno ricavato in quel che sembra un balcone, con rumore piccioni che si infilano sopra la finestra, altezza delle scale pericolosa, parti comuni e private confinanti non terminate). Nonostante l'orario indicato per liberare la camera il personale ha insistito con anticipo bussando alla porta.
