“Nice Pit Stop For One Night”
+Keith was a star from the booking until departure. The place was very clean (room 6) Bed very cumfy as was bedding and pillows. Handy for the town of Meltham although not a great deal to see there. Lovely to hear local Church Bell's on a Sunday morning. Soundproofed so very quiet stay (apart the drunk woman coming back in nextdoor at 1am) Accessed via a set of metal stairs. Probably wouldn't rush back due to the few issues listed below.
−It could definitely do with a small sofa or couple of small chairs at the bottom of the bed as you find yourself eating and lying on the bed to eat and watch the tv. There is a small table and chairs in kitchen area but they are not a comfortable option. Very short and cutlery and plates etc. Only one glass as obvs one had been got rid of somehow. Luckily we took our own sharp knife to cut things like bread. The main problem is the parking. We are both disabled and there is literally only space for 2 cars for mobility needs. It is quite a squeeze to get in and out to the apartments through the access road. We unfortunately stayed during a storm so to have had to park any further away as suggested behind the Co Op would have proven to be a real problem. We felt once we parked we didn't dare leave in the car again incase someone had our space. Just a couple of suggestion's for Keith to consider. Great Guy and good coms.

“A nice nest.”
+The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The only problem I encountered was a loose toilet seat. As soon as I reported it to Keith, he used screwdriver and repaired it. Excellent !!! On the couple of occasions I spoke with him, he was very engaging.
−Currently, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“Family visit”
+Having stayed there before it was just as I expected it to be except we would have liked to have had a room on the ground floor

“Just an outstanding weekend break in a outstanding place”
+Outstanding place to spend a few nights. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. I was dealing with Keith about a few things I required and he came up trumps. Will definitely be staying again for sure

“Hidden gem”
+Used disability room very good also owner was very helpful and supportive lets disable cars park out side room. Lovely court yard at back of pub nice. Local amenities at hand right in the middle of beautiful Meltham

+Beautiful large apartment, comfy bed, large bathroom, perfect for what we wanted , also kitchenette in room with fridge and microwave , overall an excellent experience
−Asked about the disappearance of the valence on the bed, which we knew nothing about , as I was asked about leaving a charger that was already in the room when I arrived the last time I stayed, maybe double check the rooms before guests arrive

+It was a clean decent sized room, microwave, fridge, toaster etc. Bed was comfortable. Good shower.
−However I think for £92 for the night there could have been at least shower gel, shampoo etc. And, also there were 3 small sachets of milk 4 of coffee, and, no tea bags. That meant we could only make one drink. There should be two glasses of each kind also.
