“False advertisement”
+I liked the location only
−Something went wrong upon booking already, because it said that there was a bath and it also didn't say that my bathroom will be across the hallway. When I asked the owner why it didn't indicate that, she just said she didn't know. When I spoke to her about it she was arrogant and said she'll refund me, not apologizing or being helpful, but rather being arrogant. I did address that but she denied it. What I'm really upset about is that I tried calling her 3x the evening i stayed there, just after 8h15pm to talk to her about the noise at the guesthouse. Her staff member was talking to a checkers 60/60 driver outside my bedroom window, having a fat conversation for about 15 minutes. This is while i was trying to fall asleep. I walked outside when the owner didn't respond to my WhatsApp message and my 3 phone calls (in my pajamas) to ask them to go to talk somewhere else. The fact is that the owner refused to answer my calls and only responded the next day saying "this is a guesthouse not a church". I was so appalled!!! The big problem here is that she doesn't state that the rooms are divided by DRY WALLING which is so bad in a guest house because i could hear every word and cough the

“Wouldn’t come again”
−The host was very rude on the call and she has no customer service skills, when we stepped out for 5 minutes to the car at night we were locked outside by the host. They should make it clear that some rooms don’t have a bathroom in the room. There was also another guest using our “private bathroom”. Someone banged on our window early in the morning while we were sleeping. There were ants on the table as well. Little parking space. However the staff was very nice, but the host was ill mannered. If you don’t believe us, see how she responds to reviews.

“well kept and clean establishment. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again!!!”
+The fact that I had my own entrance and exit. Safe inside parking for my vehicle The heater in the room to chase the Autum cold away
−walls are not insulated so you hear the other guest conversations and late night /early morning hours music. The bed was not as firm as I prefer ,but it was not bad.
