+The hospitality of the entire hotel team was exceptional. So warm and pleasant, we were so well taken care of by everyone at the establishment. The quality and quantity of food served at dinner and breakfast were amazing, featuring lots of fresh and unique local produce. The onsen was excellent, especially the outdoor bath, very therapeutic.

“facility is nice. Front desk staff is cold. Will not visit again.”
+Breakfast was really good. Staff at breakfast was friendly.
−The hotel especially the front-desk staff was very cold and cruel. The check-out time is 10 am and they don't allow checked-out guests to store luggage at their hotel. OK. It is their rule I can understand. We checked out and hauled away our luggage. And a few hours later, my teenage daughter needed to use the restroom, and we happened to be just steps away from the hotel. She went in and asked to use the restroom in the lobby and was refused. The front desk staff just said "No. You already checked out". Can they show a little bit curtesy to people who visit their city? let alone we just checked out their hotel just a few hours earlier? They view guests not as people, but just as revenue generator. The minute they finish collecting the revenue, they don't show any hospitality. As people, you need to show some warmth. I will not visit the hotel, again. Will not advise my friends or any people I know to visit the place. They have great facility, and the staff at the breakfast place is great. It is true pity!!!
