+Location is great, but you do have to walk along a really busy road to get to downtown. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to the action! Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
−Each bedroom is rented individually with a shared kitchen, living room situation. Would have need nice to know in advance. Doesn’t detract from the experience, however.

+Once you leave the main road, you enter a narrow path only on motorcycle or walking, and a couple of meters ahead, you reach a beautiful scene, open view to rice plantations and an absolute fantastic escape from the busy city center. We rented two suites (there are a total of three), and an extra living room with kitchen and an extra bathroom. Also the pool is great, fits in the scenery, clean and with sunbeds on wooden deck. The rooms are really spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and big. Everything is brand new, no mold smell and unbelievably no mosquitoes. The view is magnificent from the bed as well. Would definitely stay there again in Ubud. It is really close to the city center, next to Maya Resort and 5% the price! The host was really helpful, generous and nice. Super recommend!
−The showers need to be quick because there isn’t a lot of hot water. Recommend putting a trash bin in the room and kitchen. Otherwise perfect!!!

+A beautiful and secluded villa with magnificent views of rice fields and jungle. This isn't our first time staying here, and we always enjoy our stay. The villa is cozy and spacious, with a kitchen and everything you need. Clean pool and convenient location not far from the center of Ubud.

“Relaxing, private and fabulous stay!”
+Beautifully designed, almost new facilities. Good location close to central Ubud. Super awesome and friendly hosts. Free water refill. Very private.
−We liked everything, but since it’s in the middle of the ricefields, you should be prepared to seeing some wildlife like geckos or ants every now and then.

“I came for a b&b but got the amazing view”
+The view at this place is amazing and your morning will be magical. The bed is good and the room is so bright. The owner is a good person, very friendly and welcoming.
−The fridge is in the living room which is in the next building. Takes like 10 seconds but sometimes I wish it was inside my room.

“Beautiful”
+Beautiful location and comfy bed. Friendly and attentive host. There is a shared indoor kitchen, although no AC there.
−Unfortunately like most of ubud there is occasional burning in proximity, which means smoke sometimes drifts into the room. Also there were a lot of bugs/flies in the bathroom as well as ants. It’s a room and not a villa to your self.
