“it was great and would stay there again”
+we did not have breakfast there.... I loved that it an old home and so close to the beautiful beach. just a stroll down a path across from the highway. The room was very quiet . would ask for a room on the front of the in next time but you could hear the ocean with the windows open! It was also near to a great little cafe restaurant!
−all was great except perhaps fluffier pillows for us ! but then again, not everyone is the same! lol

“Will not be returning”
+Location was good
−Room was not up to standard on cleanliness. Tub was gross. I tripped going into the bathroom because of the difference in floor height. Luckily didn't hurt myself. The stairs going up to the room are very steep and dangerous, in my opinion.

“Quaint old hotel, everything you need, may have to search a bit for dinner.”
+Quaint inside and out, but all amenities updated (great bathroom, great television). Very quiet location, easy to find, easy to park. Our greeter carried our bags up a very steep stairway! Lots of steps so accessibility may be a problem for some.
−Not the fault of the hotel, but limited dinner choices nearby. A great breakfast spot was close by (the Trellis, excellent). We didn't know dinner at the hotel was possible with advanced notice.

“We had an excellent stay.”
+We liked everything about this place. It was clean, cozy, and inviting. Kasey and Serg were great hosts. They made sure we had what we needed. And they even brought us some nice treats. The continental breakfast was great. They charge $7.50 per person for the breakfast. That is not a bad price at all. It is a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there.
−There was nothing we didn't like.

“Gemütliches Hotel als toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge”
+Nettes Hotel in guter Lage zu Strand. Geräumiges Zimmer und Whirlpool im Bad. Komfortables Bett. Sehr guter Kaffee im Zimmer
−Zimmer nur über steile Treppe zu erreichen. Durch die mobile Klimaanlage wenig Stellraum für Koffer (passte dann in die Garderobe 😂)
