“Our favourite place in Bali!”
+Such a lovely hotel this one. Plenty of space in the rooms and a pool thats so nice! Lovely family running the place and delicious breakfasts! No issues with Wifi either! We loved it so much the first time we came back 2 years later to stay again! Excellent location too. 1000/10!!
−Nothing, perfect place.

“My stay here was the absolute worst.”
+There was absolutely nothing to like.
−The room had an overwhelming chemical odor that caused severe health issues: headache, nausea, and acute chemical poisoning. Even after opening windows for 5 hours, it did not improve. The bath towels were also contaminated with chemicals, causing physical bleeding when I wiped my body. I checked out early the next morning but was denied a refund. Later, the hotel sent an unbelievable message with shocking hostility, mocking me by saying, "Why didn't you check out immediately? You are truly hilarious." Their defense is logically impossible. My symptoms occurred late at night; expecting a guest to find another hotel after 10 PM is completely unrealistic. This situation goes far beyond mere service dissatisfaction; it directly constitutes health hazards, injuries, and verbal harassment. Please refer to the attached screenshots for the actual conversation, which speak louder than any words. They never apologize to any negative reviews, only insulting guests or making excuses. This property poses a genuine danger to future guests. See attached screenshots of our actual exchange.

“A beautiful place, excellent location, friendly staff”
+We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, very clean, and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

+Very nice people! The owner is amazing! He made me feel like I was at home. Very close to the center but in a quiet place. Nice rooms and pool. Breakfast is simple but perfect I must say. I’ll come back for sure! ❤️

+The location is excellent, it's a bit inconvenient to get there with luggage, but it's great that it's in the center, yet separated from the crowd. Staff is great. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. We didn't use the pool, but we saw a lot of people swimming and it seemed ok. Recommendation for this accommodation.

Hele lieve mensen! De bedden sliepen heerlijk! Douche is eenvoudig maar schoon. Omgeving is prachtig.
