“Excellent vacation and Rotterdam Airport is not far away”
+From the moment we turned up the staff were excellent so it was a great way to start our vacation. Also throughout our stay they were extremely helpful with travel advice. The hotel is very near the number 44 and 32 bus stops. Central Rotterdam is close by. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. If we go back to Rotterdam then we will stay at the Supanova Hotel again.
−There was nothing we didn't like. The lift was possibly the slowest in the world but that made it more quirky than annoying !

“Good location 5 mins walk from centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and polite staff”
+Clean, roomy and polite staff

“Perfectly positioned in Rotterdam to explore all the sights.”
+Great location: close to tram snd bus stops as well as Dijkzigt metro station. Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.
−The excruciatingly slow lift up to our 3rd floor room and cleaning could have been better.

Nice to have und keine must does
