8.0“Very good”
+The location is close to lots of main objectives to visit, to public transportation, has lots of shops, caffees, restaurants, pastries, street markets and minimarkets around . The accomodation parking was half the price compared to the other center parking and the owner offered to take the car to parking and bring it back every time we needed it. The room was clean, well maintained, had a mini-fridge, coffee maker and what is needed to make tea and coffee in the room. Aircon and wifi worked well. The communication with the owner was smooth and fast and we got nice recommendations on where to eat and explore. The bed was big, comfortable and the pillows as well, we had a good rest and it was not too noisy despite being located in the center.
−The room has a window facing the small interior backside space between multiple apartments which doesn't make airing the room or ventilation very good, but it does the job when needed. There is no elevator, so for mobility issues or heavy baggage this can be a challenge, though we are talking about just one floor up the stairs. There is poor network connection in the room but the wifi worked well.

+Nice and comfortable accommodation almost in the center of Naples
−Slightly lower ceilings, at my height of two meters I had to be careful not to hit my head. It would also be a good idea to get a wine corkscrew, as it is not allowed on the plane

8.0“Would i go there again? Any time.”
+This is a very nice flat in the absolute centre of centro storico di Napoli. Rooms and equipment are new, abundant space, the bed invites to stay just an hour more in it. Value for money is good. Two things require special mentioning: One is, this flat is in the very centre of Naples, it´s difficult to find a more central spot. Which means for one, that it´s close to the traffic-rich Via Monteoliveto and also the Calata Trinità Maggiore gets its fair share of Vespas. It did not keep me from sleep, but at something like 8 in the morning it will provide some kind of wake up service. This room comes with a balcony to the Calata Trinità maggiore, which is nice, but if you prefer a bit calm, you might go for the matrimony room which opens to the back side of the house and is - probably - much calmer. The other issue regards also the location. Because it´s great. It´s near to the lively shopping street Toledo, where all of Naples gathers for a walk. And nearer still to the line of streets called Spaccanapoli, which goes right through the heart of old town Naples. It´s loud, colourful, tourists are mingling with the locals, groups of schoolkids and girls on shopping sprees add to noise an
