“Just Awful.”
+Location was ok.
−There were 4 cars in the parking lot. I was put in probably the worst room there. 3rd floor in the back. I have always got a non smoking room. I could immediately smell that this was a smoking room. The woman that checked me in was not friendly. I was charged more than I expected. There were several cigarette burns in the bed spread. The furniture was worn with finish torn off in several locations.

“It did the job”
+The front desk clerk was very helpful
−The fact that there was no plastic cups, only one paper cup, which was a coffee cup, which was pretty useless since there was no coffee maker

+Only 1 plug outlet worked, the water in the bathroom did not work at all, after calling the staff & them examining the room they were then able to get me a room with working water. However, in the new room the microwave did not work. Very disappointed

“Would have been a ok stay, had our door locked”
+The bed was comfy
−It was just run down, looks way different in pictures. There was stuff all over our bathroom walls, and our door did not properly lock

“Traumatizing for my 5 grandchildren.”
+Guest smoking weed and drunk at the pool. Pool was gross. Sheet not clean. Had black hair all over them. Burn holes in sheets n cover. Multiple broken worn areas. I booked bc it had the Wynham name on it. I will reevaluate anything with Wynham on it going forward.
−Office gentleman was very polite. Everything else was frankly disgusting.

“We observed the room for 10 minutes and decided it wasn't worth it.”
+There was going to be free breakfast, the price was not terrible when booking. The lady working the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable.
−When we (family of 3) got into our room, opened the door, there was a moth and another bug that flew around the room. That should have been a sign. There were spots on the wall behind our door, arund the bed, and in the bathroom beside the toilet that appeared to be of the mold variety, there were chunky spots in the carpet between the beds that appeared to be... well... when thought of as vomit, it was hard to unthink that.... after looking around the room, the thought of crawling into one of the beds was terrifying. We got out, requested our money back, and went to the Sure Stay down the road.
