+Proximity to all exit point so freeway . Near restaurants Olive pit and the location is also near to my sisters house .
−The chicken crawling around the property . No good breakfast just bagels no cook or boiled eggs . Oatmeal on pouch absent just dry cereals and drinks are okay with cheese on bagels the front desk is decent just the smell of some kind of the Hindu scents . “Run down dump.”
+The door closed and the toilet flushed..Period
−Nobody was there ro check us in at 8pm. Had to call and wait 5 min for somebody to show up. Room was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. Broken lamps, AC unit was very loud and old. Took hourrs to cool off the room Pool was very dirty. Lots of floating debris kids didn't want to swim in it. Breakfast was horrible. A few pieces of bread out. 2 yogurts and we had to ask for bagels. The front desk person got us a half bag of bagels. Coffee was empty and we added one more but nobody evee made any. Roosters started crowing in the parking lot at 5am and wouldn't stop all morning. Overall. This is a dump. I would not stay here again.

“I would not let a dog sleep in the rooms that were offered. the stench was overpowering.”
+I liked nothing at all about the facility.
−The facility was dirty the lobby itself smelled rank, the person at the front desk acted like I was a bother and a waste of their time. The room I had booked smelled strongly of smoke, and was dirty. I asked for a second room, it was worse. The room was dirty, smelled like someone had been living in it and smelled like unwashed bodies. It stank terribly. When I asked for a different room the clerk grew impatient and rude saying she had shown me two rooms already. This hotel has to be the dirtiest, and worst kept I have ever been to. The staff acted impatient and indifferent to my complaint. I was forced to find a different lodging and left without a refund or even a positive response from the clerk or the manager.

“Property had the appearance of an old rundown elder care facility.”
+Did not stay overnight, immediately left after checking into my room.
−This property, inside and out, looks old and rundown. When checking in, the office had a strong, pungent, nauseating oder.

+Good location. Fairly quiet.
−When we showed up we stood in the lobby for at least 20 minutes ringing the bell, calling the desk and we're just about to dial 911 when the girl showed up from the back and obviously had been sleeping. The rooms are outdated. No USB ports and very few electrical outlets. Big gaps in the doors.
