“Wont be back ill stay at a hotel down the road it was bad”
+The only thing good about it was the gas station below the hill.
−No vending machines worked- the pool and hot tub were shut down. The heater didnt work in our room- handles on the doors were falling off. The pheasant cleaning facility had scalding hot water to clean birds there was no option for cold water which hot water u cant use so it was a useless facility. Drunk workers passed out in the hallway beer left everywhere. We let the staff know and they refused to comp us at all .

+The bed in my 246 & the linens were very comfortable!! The A/C heater stayed on like we like, not cycling off & on. The view of the river (when the fog lifted) was pretty.
−Mold on the lower level. Lack of cleanliness throughout...... Breakfast was kinda questionable 🤔--- biscuits hard, gravy looked thin & like water. Sausage patties weren't hot & lacked any color to make them appealing. Coffee tasted like last week's after using the same grounds 5x's.... We tried to make a waffle, but it was watered down batter, so all it did was stick & we "picked" it off the waffle in pieces..... Gave up & left Unacceptable "so called breakfast" amongst other things... There's definitely a whole lot of I don't give a @#$% at this hotel by the management. ☹️

−The breakfast consist of biscuits and gravy and a couple other things, but the biscuits were very hard, and the gravy tasted like flour.

“I don't recommend.”
+they had cappuccino and the front desk was friendly at check in. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable.
−The breakfast was questionable. The biscuits and gravy were cold the biscuits Were hard. Not much for variety of food. The halls smelled terrible. The pool which we booked specifically for the hot tub was closed. We called and verified with the Hotel that this was indeed open. The pool area was closed completely, there were roaches in the bathroom on the floors dead, the hot tub didn't have water and a wood board over it. The smell was horrific, there was something leaking into the pool dripping from the roof. When we called and inquired on availability and that the hot tub and pool were open we also said we need a late check in. As we wouldn’t get in until after 11 pm. That being said there wasn't any other place available and at that point we had already driven for 14 hours. I should have refused payment on my credit card. The Morning desk clerk. Was not friendly at all or helpful.

“For one night, this property was an easy and clean and easily accessible”
+The location is easy off and on to the interstate. Breakfast was quick and easy for our travel schedule. Parking is plentiful. The room was super clean! Appreciated the abundance of counter space.
−The property could use new carpet and a coat of paint in the rooms and hallways.

+Location was good
−The room was stinky. Ceiling was squeaky when people walked across the floor in room above

+The location fit our travel schedule quite well.
−While the facility was adequate, having a 10 year old unsupervised at the desk to handle chedk-in does not seem appropriate.
