“I would never stay in this hotel again or recommend it.”
+I absolutely had to stay in the area. But no other hotel rooms available in the area. No choice but to stay at this hotel.
−Uncompleted wall patches in the bathroom, holes in the wall, holes in furniture, old cheap furniture, did not look clean, worn and neglected. All hall tile improperly installed and coming apart.

“Very unpleasant experience”
+When I arrived, first receptionist was kind. I checked in. I was very tired. I noticed the bedspread was somewhat wrinkled. I moved the bedspread, I noticed there were some lints and hair. It looked like someone had already slept in it. Anyway, there were two ladies were not professional. One of them said, if you don't like it, you can check out and refund your money. I was so tired that I was not going to look for another motel. I asked another room. Finally, I got another one . The young man was kind and helpful to get me a portable heater. Because the heater was not working, there was no hot water. The breakfast was included but I did not want to stay any longer and left early. I asked the young man to tell the owner to fire those two ladies. This was my experience.
−I think the the staff must be trained for a better customer service.
