−We literally had to wait 1 1/2 hours to check in as there was NO staff on site…….. had to go to the T Town restaurant next door and have there staff phone the owner!!!!! 😡

“Overpriced, but clean.”
+On the plus side, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
−On the negative side, the breakfast was not good: it consisted of a make-it-yourself waffle, or toast or cereal. Carpeting in the hallways and stairs were badly frayed (although it seemed like they were starting to remodel, so maybe they are new owners). Furnishings were sparse. Bathroom door stuck. It was expensive for what you got in a little town.

“I'd stay here again.”
+No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space, with electrical outlets nearby. Temperature control worked well on a cold Nebraska night. Bed excellent: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too thin and skimpy nor too fat and inflexible; heavier blankets than I usually find in motels, so I could turn the heat down a bit at night. No problems with noise. Plenty of hot water, and good flow from shower head.
−Lighting is good for reading in bed, but not so great for working at the desk.

“We had a good stay.”
+The breakfast had hot food, and fairly good choices. Had ground floor rooms available.
−During renovation, lots of outside noise and trash.

“I'd stay here again.”
+No problems with wi-fi. Good light for working at desk and for reading in bed. Temperature control works well. Blankets heavier than the usual thin motel blankets, so one can keep the room temperature lower. No problems with noise.
−The sink lacked an aerator, so there wasn't a coherent stream of water. I left a note about it when I checked out, and hopefully it's been fixed.

“Comfortable and convenient location”
+Comfortable beds, convenient location to the hospital for an outpatient procedure and we almost didn't hear the heavy rain
−For a large room with two queen beds, there really should have been more towels and wash cloths available to us. It was very minimal. Otherwise it was very nice. Thank you

+Shower was still dirty and soap left in there from last people.

“The hotel is going through a remodel and I knew that when I booked it. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked”
+Centrally located
−It was what I would expect.

+I realize the property is going through some renovation. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the mornings. The staff (manager) was courteous and pleasant. This is a comfortable, minimal frills motel, with restaurants located in the same area.

+It was not very cleaned up outside. The lobby had a weird smell to it. Carpet had holes in it, and they were allowing groups to have parties in the parking lot, which was quite annoying.
