10.0“Perfect ecolodge experience, with incredible views, away from the busy town of SaPa and lovely staff”
+We loved everything about Supan Ecolodge, from the amazingly friendly staff Chi and Mai, to the pool overlooking the valley, the spacious well maintained rooms with great decor. If you are happy to be 30 minutes away from the busy town of SaPa I would highly recommend relaxing here or using as a base. Quick wifi, huge beds, tasty food and hot shower.

10.0“Lovely stay in SaPa!”
+Our days in Sa Pa were incredible, and Supan Ecolodge played a big part in making them so special. Coming back from a day of trekking through the rice terraces to find yourself surrounded by such a paradise was priceless. The incredibly kind staff were one of the first things we noticed. The swimming pool overlooking the rice terraces offered spectacular sunsets, and having breakfast outdoors was an added bonus. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to reach from the centre of Sa Pa due to the somewhat bumpy road. However, this also meant staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoying the authenticity of the area. We would definitely recommend this place! We suggest contacting the property in advance to arrange transportation, as a standard Grab ride wasn't able to reach the lodge.

9.0+Excellent staff and service, very kind. A decent ride from Sa Pa city, but it offers remote and peaceful countryside with stunning vistas. Food was really good and reasonably priced... they do a great burger. Room was very comfy, nice decor and spotless. Some of the best breakfast views in Vietnam. Great spot to explore all the villages and mountains by motorbike.
−It is part of the country charm but a particular rooster starts crowing from 1-2am each morning... so I didn't have the best sleeps.

7.0“Dual experience in the hotel”
+The view and the kindness of the receptionists are definitely the best things about this stay.
−Unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant experience with mice under our roof and cockroaches on the ceilings. I would strongly advise the managers to take these issues seriously and also install insect nets above every bed in the room.

9.0+We had an amazing stay in Supan Ecolodge. A lovely place to completely switch off and relax with some amazing scenery and wildlife around you. The food here was amazing too so we never needed to leave the grounds. The staff were incredible and I had one of the best massages I’ve had in Vietnam here.
−It can be difficult to drive down to in a car, depending on your driver they may leave you at the top of the road but it’s only a short walk down and so worth it

9.0“Peaceful Retreat in Sapa”
+We were redirected to Supan Ecolodge when our property had some issues and could no longer accommodate us. We were extremely happy with the choice. It's a beautiful and peaceful property with outstanding views. The staff is friendly and will do what they can to be of help. We booked a couple of massages that were incredible.
−One thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 roads up to the ecolodge and if you are grabbing a taxi/grab on your own, they often take the shorter road which, in parts, is a pot-holed steep incline that can be difficult to navigate. Tell your driver to take the slightly longer but paved road via the schools, or ask the reception at Supan to organize the taxi for you.

6.0+The manageress whose name is Chi (probably spelt wrong) is brilliant, speaks great English and is incredibly helpful and kind. The location is fabulous and it is peaceful and quiet except for the normal village noises of chickens etc. Lovely fresh air and fabulous views across the valley.
−The roads there are awful and one taxi driver refused to complete the journey. The rooms could use a bit of TLC.
