“Perfect for short stays!”
+Very clean, location is good and great value!
−The bathroom is inside one of the sleeping rooms and the chairs were not enough for all of us.

“No privacy/ no terrace”
+Unfortunately, our stay at Sunset Peramo was very disappointing. The main issue was the terrace. In the Booking photos, the terrace appears to be private, showing only two chairs and a table. However, at check-in we were informed that the terrace was actually shared with another apartment and divided between the two units. This was very disappointing, as we had specifically expected a private outdoor space. Even worse, a person from the other apartment smoked many cigarettes in the morning and evening, so we could not use the terrace at all. We also could not keep the room door open to refresh the air, because the cigarette smoke entered our room. There were also other issues. The toilet had a defect and we had to push very hard and noisily in order to flush it. The apartment upstairs was also very noisy, with constant noise from furniture being dragged or scratching against the tile floor. For these reasons, I would not return to this accommodation. In my opinion, it does not justify a price of 130 euros per night. The only positive point is that the apartment was very clean.

+We were accommodated in a completely different building than the one shown in the photos, there was no jacuzzi as stated in the description, it was also difficult with parking, which was actually justified in advance. We were accommodated right across from the host's home, which implied constant control from her. Otherwise, the place is clean, new and pleasant, the location is good, but in my opinion it is not right to be accommodated at a different address
