+Location, clean, decore.
−Did not have a dead bolt lock on the inside of the door. For a woman traveling alone it made me uncomfortable not to be able to license the door separate from the door handle.

“Clean and modern motel in a quaint, small town!”
+It was a very clean and modern motel room. Spotless! And it was across the street from all the bars, restaurants, etc. Great location! Plus, the room had a small fridge, which came in handy. And there were plenty of towels in the bathroom!
−I thought it was too expensive considering that it's a small motel room in a small town. I think the owner could come down on the price a little bit. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows are these huge, body pillows that don't work with the human head. They need to get regular pillows. I didn't sleep that well, primarily due to the pillows. Also, the parking is rather strange. I should've received some type of advance notification on where to park. I did get to park in a car port next to my room after speaking to the owner upon my arrival. But the person next to me parked 2-3 feet from my door, because of the way the motel is configured. It's a tight fit with the parking ... to say the least. It's rather awkward to open your motel door, and there's a car literally 2-3 feet away.

“Felt very comfortable staying there, family owned with pride, very clean, no bed bugs!!!”
+Breakfast wasn’t provided but no need. The hotel is right downtown and 2 blocks from Coffee Girl where the food was excellent. Great menu for all dietary needs, vegan and gluten free included. There were laundry facilities right there if you needed it at the hotel so if staying longer you could do it right there.
−The outside was very clean but the building needs a face lift. The inside of the rooms had been upgraded, very clean and inviting. It’s family owned so they are slowly working on getting it all fixed up.

+The location was excellent - the instructions and easy access to the room was great.
−The bed closest to the convector was challenging to sleep in during our stay just because it was hot out and the air conditioning blasts right onto the bed.

+The room was really nice and there were plenty of towels. We had some problems getting in the room at 1 a.m. but the host was really nice and available to help us out.

“Exceptional stay! SUPER clean room, AMAZING staff, EASY check in!”
+Convenient location, covered parking available, SUPER clean, amazing mattresses and pillows, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Check in on my phone. Never had to go to the office or anything. Made it really easy. Able to communicate with the staff via text with immediate responses. Room was ready early and they sent me the code for our room so we could get settled early with no extra charge. Was able to take a hot bath since the tub was so clean. Only have showers at home so that was nice. Will for sure stay again!
−Only selected a 9/10 because the remote didn’t work well with the tv. Had to turn the power on it on/off by getting up and pushing the button on the bottom of the tv. Changing the channels was difficult because the guide button didn’t work and the tv channel didn’t change very fast. Honestly, it was fine considering everything else was so great. Bug free and no issues.
