“Nice stay in Naples”
+Location was nice - 15 minute walk from the main port (where we came in to Naples by ferry). Room was clean & well put together. Host made sure we were comfortable & stay was very nice. Easy checkout (just pulled the door behind us). Plenty of restaurants & sightseeing in area - just a few minutes from riverwalk.
−Location was initially difficult to find. Luckily, we asked a local & he actually called our host who met us.

“Poor”
−It wasn't clear in the definition of the place that the bathroom is not inside the room. It was very inconvinient, no privacy. There's another room in the apartment. Also, The owner was super unfriendly. We came a bit after the time we said we would come, bcs our flight was delayed, and we needed to wait for him to open for us the apartment. When he finally did come, he was very annoyed that we didn't come on time. Gave us a really unwelcoming feeling We didn't have a good experience

“Perfetto”
+The building itself is one of these old city buildings. The inside is completely renovated. There is a terrace where you can sit. Everything is new and extremely clean. The place is in a narrow alley and the city noise doesn't reach it, so very nice and quiet. There is a small kitchen corner with a microwave and a coffee machine. The owners are nice and welcoming. Good location near both Piazza del Plebiscito and Castel dell'Ovo. Restaurants and cafes nearby.

“Simple and well located, but it’s not a hotel or bed/breakfast. It’s like an Airbnb.”
+Comfortable bed, clean and well located.
−Poor communication with staff - this is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. Don’t have high expectations.

“Short stay”
+The hosts were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to the harbour and the Spanish quarter and nice restaurants near by. Lovely little balcony.
−There was a shared kitchen area and our bathroom though private was not ensuite. I would have liked to have known this before but didn't see it in the description. Bed was nice and big but a bit hard for me.
