“Disappointing”
+Clean and good location.
−My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing, with numerous issues that significantly affected the comfort of my stay. The air conditioning was constantly blowing cold air, and despite asking for it to be switched off on two consecutive nights, it was only turned off on the third night. I am still suffering from neck and muscle stiffness as a result. The power socket above the headboard did not work, meaning I had to charge my phone at the opposite end of the room. There was no ironing board provided. The only minibar was concealed within a piece of furniture, with no instructions or explanation of how to access it. Consequently, I was unaware of its existence until my final day. The lighting in the room was completely inadequate. There were lights at either end of the room, but none in the middle, precisely where you need proper lighting to get dressed and ready. The hairdryer was so ineffective that it would barely be suitable for someone with very short hair. There was no toothpaste provided, which I consider a basic amenity. Furthermore, the bed was clearly designed for people shorter than 1.75 m, as my feet extended beyond the end of it. Another completely unacceptabl

“Great, modest place for a night or two”
+Location was great, modest rooms, comfortable beds. Nothing special, but pretty cheap for close to the centre. Pool on the rooftop was a nice treat.
−The whole place feels a bit old and tired. Pretty drab to be honest, but that is fine considering the price you are paying for how close to so many things you are.

“Very good central location and friendly staff”
+Friendly staff, good view from the rooftop pool area, quiet rooms, comfortable bed & bathroom. Location is very good considering the public transport and shopping opportunities nearby
−The renovations are ongoing in the hotel but that shall finish and provide an improvement
