+Super location and friendly atmosphere.
−Would have prefered a meter for the electricity.There was £4.00 left when we arrived so we put £10.00 on and there was still £11.00 on it when we left. Settee was too low for us 84 year old,but we still enjoyed it.

“Overall good stay”
+Good location, very clean, nice view of the lake
−Main bedroom mattress was in awful condition and needs changing asap. Living room couch uncomfortable to sit on as has a dip and cracked leather on it.

−The mattress was lumpy and had a big dip. Couldn’t sleep. Some places were dirty. No WiFi. No freezer. No welcome pack. It’s as if the owners didn’t care. Once they had your money. Get on with it. Wouldn’t stay there again. My daughter stayed at a different house and had a positive experience. Lots of info. Snacks left for her. WiFi a freezer and washing machine. Totally different.

+Liked the place and the location ..also rooms with provided facility were good
−I didn't like the power supply and available electricity balance ..have to purchase the card twice and it was going down frequently. . So it's hard to judge when it will go off as last night power went off late night and we were left with no option to sleep without power supply

“Great base for a north Wales adventure”
+Nice little lodge, good Basecamp for an adventure with kids.
−Read the description (I did!) - you have to buy an electric card onsite at reception. Three of us used maybe 12 quids worth over the week, it's not expensive but likely annoying if you missed the note. Also no WiFi, that's a bummer
