“Overall my stay was really good and I enjoyed it :)”
+The location was perfect with everything near by such as Asda and town centre. I also liked the room and the kitchen.
−My code didn’t work a few times after returning from a shopping trip and the room was different to the photos shown when booking, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which made me a little upset as it was advertised.

“Nice place with a neglecting owner that ruined whole experience”
+Room itself was fine, just as advertised. Spacious with a soft bed, some resemblance of a kitchen with bare minimum cutlery. Enough to cook a simple breakfast / late night meal.
−Shared spaces are disgusting. Mold in the shower, hair, pieces of toilet paper and standing water in the bathroom. Cleaning once a week is not enough. The audacity to expect visitors to take out a public bin is beyond me. It's not my duty as a guest to throw away someone's milk jug (how it even got there ?). Good cleaning of shared spaces 3 times a week would be enough to raise my score to 8/10. But with this how stingy the owner is, i don't expect it to change anytime soon.

“It was good”
+It was perfect because they was an electric jug for hot water
−My door was hard to open from inside and makes some nasty noise once open which I believe might be disturbing to others

“Poor host and bad experience”
−The room is not like the images in the booking. We can’t get in initially because of the wrong code, and the host didn’t even say sorry. They asked us to pay extra 100 pounds because my partner and child missed the flight so they stayed for two nights. However, my initial 7 nights was 260 pounds. Really bad attitude and communication with the host…

“Not the best!!!”
+-We couldnt enter as we got the wrong codes for the doors. We called the support number and this was dealt with quiet swiftly. -Location is great with many shops and restaurants near by. -Decent size room.
−There are 3 rooms at sunny waves and we all share a small bathroom and kitchen. Your greeted with an unpleasant odour that fills the corridor, bathroom and kitchen. We had to buy candles and diffusers to try and tone down the scent. - There is couple in the front room that seems to live there. They are not the most cleanest of people to live with. The man would wee the toilet seat and sides leaving it for someone else to clean. Hair in the shower, bathroom floors and corridor. -Due to the kitchen having no window its very musky and when the tenants cooks its just terrible. Thankfully we only needed someone where to sleep and get ready . -Dirty dishes piled on top the microwave for the 3 days duration we was there. -We was welcomed to a mop bucket with dirty water by the door, when I moved it she stated it needed to remain there. I said ok but with dirty dinghy water? I moved it again and everyday without fail it was back by the door with the smelly mop in it. -Insect repellent is needed as the room was full of mosquito. It was hot window was open but due to the unmaintained garden this caused issues. -The house looks very clean when you first look at but as you go around its not th
