“We loved the Haven site and it's facilities, caravan was an expensive disappointment.”
+The site swimming pool. The shop. The site beach with cafe and toilet and being only a short walk. Fish and chips shop. The mash barrel . Food delivery to caravan. The main bedroom in the caravan. Travel cot and highchair.
−Being near the noisy railway. The caravan was dirty, bin full of nappies when we arrived and door was open. There was cobwebs and dirt in children's bedrooms. The TV didn't work most of the time. Fridge freezer didn't keep things frozen. Couldn't buy meat or frozen items as fridge didn't keep them cold enough. There was only 1 shelf in oven and no oven gloves. Used toiletries on arrival. Rickety caravan patio and bannister.

“It’s fine for a one-night stay and a chance to rest, but I wouldn’t stay any longer.”
+The living room and the bedroom were the best features of the caravan.
−The caravan was clean, but it needs repainting and some general maintenance. The toilets sometimes wouldn’t flush properly, which caused us some problems during our stay. The freezer was completely covered in ice, making it very difficult to open the door.

“Good night away in a good location however cleanliness needs improvement along with updates to the rear of the property”
+The property was in a good location, it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the main facility and up a slight hill but a 2 minute walk to a small beach perfect for crabbing and a sandy beach
−The property could definitely do with some upgrades, the balcony with abit worn and the flooring felt unsafe along with the fence around the decking. The shower was dirty with hairs around the sink and the bin was still full of rubbish from the previous occupants. Definitely wasn’t as clean as the photos make out

“These cabins are not suitable for hot weather.”
+Having 2 shower and bathrooms was great. Also we booked last minutes and arrived late at night for check in and this was accepted by the host.
−It was extremely hot and only 2 tiny fans. It definitely needed a portable/fixed ac unit. Portable ac units don’t cost much but can make a huge difference in such small spaces. Also having the window nets would have been extremely helpful.

+The caravan was perfect for are 1 night stay for 6 adults. We all said we should have booked longer Nice little kitchen, plenty of sitting inside. Plenty of glasses, plates, pots and pans. Two shower rooms. The twin room beds were a little narrow but there was plenty of storage. The double room was a good size. Out door garden bench and a BBQ.
−Not probably the owners fault but there was a very full ashtray on the out door bench.
