“Lovely hotel, good location, fabulous owner & family”
+The owner and staff! Excellent communication, very helpful and friendly service! Niki was fantastic with communicating with us, helping us out, giving advice, tips, sorting any issues with had. Her parents and staff are lovely and work very hard to keep the rooms clean and tidy and help you out. I'd give the guesthouse 10/10 for Niki and her parents alone. Would not hesitate to stay again. Location, very close to beach but set back off the main road, so no traffic noise. Fridge worked well at keeping drinks cool. Plus I'm on medication that must be kept refrigerated and it was ideal for this. Balcony with table and chairs was nice for a morning coffee and breakfast. Lift worked well to get luggage to upper floors.
−Could do with tea/coffee maker/kettle in rooms? But that's my personal preference, not everyone needs one. I brought a small travel kettle with us so was no problem lem at all. A lot of the guesthouses we looked at didn't have this, so certainly no disadvantage to staying here.

+This was one of those places that give you the home feeling. Everything was clean, cozy, the room had enough light to bring joy in our stay. The room got cleaned daily, it has an elevator which was a mega plus for us because we have a baby and a stroller. The beach was very close, and it had a lot of facilities nearby like market, coffe shops, restaurants. We had breakfast at the guest house and I would definitely recommend it, delicious, tasty and prepared with much love. ❤️ Would definitely return again next year and I'm glad we found it! 🥰

“Nice stay”
+The welcome of Nikki the manager and her smile everytime we met. Arrivong to Himarë, I had to walk from bus station about 25min under the sun to get to hotel as didn't fibd any taxi, I arrived swetting and extremly tired, nikki with her kindness came to my room 5 min later with a cold bottle of water to get refreshed. The location of the hotel, 2min walk to a nice beach with public free area, and 1min walk to a beach with renting umbrellas and long chairs), a lot of restaurants around with fifferent food choices and a big supermaket about 5min walk. And 10min walk to get to city centre. P.s (not related to hotel evaluation bus intercity bus station are 3 min walk from hotel and in my first day i think the bus stopped me right between the highway and city entrance, as it was continuing to solewhere else)
−I think it s a new construction, not completely handed over so there was some points with wiring maybe waiting for lighting equipments. Not having a kettle in the room. I wish i could have a view on the beach even on a half part, but i had a view on neighbours right in front, there was a guy always there i couldn t feel very comfortable to get out.

“Sunflower is a great option to choose if you plan to enjoy Himare, Id definitely go back!”
+Sunflower is placed on the Main Street of Himare. You just need to cross the road and you’re on the beach, and also around tons of restaurants within few minutes walk. Our room was comfortable and well taken care of. The guest house has its own parking. Huge words of appreciation to the staff, the Team made us extremely welcome and everyone was polite and kind. We used the laundry service that we were very satisfied of. The breakfast was fresh and home made.
−We would just equip the guest house with an iron. We had one dress that we wanted to iron and didn’t have this possibility. Still - this is just a minor detail that did not influence how happy we were with our stay

“Great rooms in a perfect peaceful location for the beach.”
+Super quiet location just off the beachfront, lovely and clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, good balcony with Mountain View’s. Lovely beach with lots of restaurants and beach bars, but just out of the main busy bit of Himare so a bit calmer and quieter. Niki our host was fantastic 😊

+Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer gerne geholfen haben Sehr sauber Lage zum Strand optimal, da nah (100m?) aber nicht in erster Reihe mit Verkehrslärm
−Frühstück ist typisch albanisch aber dadurch nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich, falls man mehrere Tage dort ist
