“Very pleasant. We like the unit and we like the location. Hopefully small hiccups can be sorted.”
+Manager friendly and supportive; helpful the minute we contacted her.
−The split system aircon had no remote, and although the maintenance man came, he was unable to "fix" the issue. So we were unable to use it. Normally that wouldn't matter but the mornings were chilly and my husband who now has dementia, seems to be extra-sensitive to any cold air. We did use the other little heater but it was hard to warm the large living area first thing in the morning. The other thing that is a bit odd is that there are NO towel rails and nowhere to hang a towel to air, after a shower. (No good taking towels outside with rainy weather either).

“OMG Stained sheets”
−OMG. Stained sheets, pills in the lounge chair, milk spilt in the fridge, egg yolk splattered in microwave, shower that dripped all night. Management agreed to compensation and advised via booking .com site to a refund but haven't been forthcoming and gone silent. Definitely would not stay here again.

“Pleasant comfortable stay close to Canberra central.”
+Its very convenient and close to cbd. Its clean, well equipped and value for money.
−My parking spot was taken by someone else. And would like to have a fan in the unit or better air flow. Had to use air con during day time.
