+The host was friendly and kind. They accepted early check in. If you like to walk, it is not far from the historic center. It is also close to metro station. I did not stay out late at night so I can not give a comment about safety and security of the neighborhood.
−It is better to consider that breakfast is not included if you like to have fresh products. Every thing provided is sweet. There is teabag but there is no kettle! The expiry date of the yogurts!!! the same day.

“All in all a pleasant stay.”
+Breakfast was adequate, location very good. The apartment was very clean and comfy. Wifi was good and accessible in all rooms. Building and location were mostly quiet. The hosts were helpful and very quick to respond. I would book again.
−There was a surveillance camera in the kitchen which I had to turn facing away to ensure privacy. On booking it is best to check if the kitchen is allowed to be used, as it may not. The lighting in the hall and kitchen was on movement detectors and thus sometimes went off when no you were sitting still (although some lights had switches) and generally very bright.

“Very good”
+Really comfortable bed, clean bathroom and decent shower. Enough products for self catering breakfast. I think you can't expect more on this price even some fresh fruits or fresh bread would have been nice, but if you would stay longer you could easily buy some extras by yourself.

“Unusual arrangement”
+The room was clean and bed comfortable.
−It was not clear that this was a B&B which was basically an apartment which we were sharing with a stranger, there were no staff on site. If I had known this, I would not have booked it. The breakfast was self service, some pre-packaged tarts and sweet bread, yoghurt and cereal. Water and uht milk provided. There was a coffee machine but no instructions on how to use it that I could see. I would expect something more for somewhere that advertises that it provides breakfast. The place was fine, but it was the worst of both worlds - a shared kitchen area, without the ability to cook in the kitchen, and without the privacy of a hotel. If I was a lone traveller I would have felt apprehensive about this arrangement.
