“Not worth all-inclusive and water villas are run-down.. nice location though”
+Location was great, very beautiful. Most of the staff were very nice too.
−We paid for an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, almost nothing was actually included, and nearly everything came at an additional cost. Their definition of “all-inclusive” is extremely limited, covering only breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even during these meals, you are restricted to just one starter, one main course, and one dessert (unless you go to the buffe)… some restaurants are not even included in the all-inclusive deal whatsoever. There are virtually no options for snacks or refreshments between meals unless you are willing to pay full price for room service. There is a small snack counter by the pool, but the quality and selection are so poor that it is barely worth mentioning. We don't even drink alcohol, so for us, the all-inclusive package represented particularly poor value for money. We essentially paid a premium for three meals a day, with very little else included. They even charge extra for orange juice. To make matters worse, the overwater villas are extremely run-down, poorly maintained, and look nothing like the photos advertised online. The difference between what is advertised and what you actually get is shocking. Overall, this was a very disappointi

−We were initially asked to check in at around 2:00 PM, but we could only reach the resort at 6:00 PM because the resort failed to arrange a boat to pick us up from the airport. As a result, we had to wait at the airport for more than two and a half hours, which was extremely frustrating. The checkout experience was even worse. Considering that our check-in was delayed due to the resort’s lack of boat availability, we expected some flexibility with the checkout time. Instead, we were forced to check out at 10:00 AM simply because a boat was available then, even though our flight was only at 3:45 PM. We ended up waiting for almost three and a half hours at the airport, accompanied by senior citizens aged 75. This was certainly not the standard of hospitality we expected. The resort is only about 25 minutes away, yet the entire experience was poorly managed, with little consideration for the comfort and convenience of guests. We also felt that greater priority was being given to European guests when it came to timings and arrangements, while our inconvenience was not given due consideration. This left us feeling disappointed and unfairly treated. Overall, we were very unhappy with the

+Our 8-day stay was completely perfect! Despite the resort's size, it never felt crowded. Great pools with plenty of space, and the house reef is fantastic for snorkeling, especially in the morning. Great service throughout, fresh towels anytime and room cleaning twice daily was a big plus. The buffet was delicious, especially the fresh fruit prepared by Imran, who was super kind and service-minded. A special thank you to Mohamed at the Sunrise Restaurant for always serving us with the biggest smile at dinner! We would love to return.
−The transfer policy lacks transparency. You can only use the resort’s own transfer strictly to/from Malé, with no option to connect directly to or from other islands. This should be made much clearer in advance.
