+Close to bus stops and shopping center. Room was clean and building was secure. Community kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave oven.
−The owner(s) or managers apparently thought it was a great idea to save money by using box springs instead of real mattresses. I sat on the bed and it was hard as a rock. I looked under the cover and sure enough it was not a mattress. It was like sleeping on plywood and according to whomever I messaged (as you don't ever see who dealing with) ALL beds are the same. On top of that the room was hot and stuffy and I couldn't open the windows as they were jammed shut. I mentioned to them and after one reply I never heard back from them again. I would suggest to whomever is in charge to try and spend a night or two in their own rental just to get a feel of what the customer goes through if they even care about that. Poorly ran business and I would not stay here again.

+Neighborhood was calm and quite, bus stopa were close - realny important. Kithchen was clean and big.

−Estaba en 2º piso y no era un piso privado tal como lo había entendido al reservar. Muy poco personal. Afuera en la calle muy sucio.
