+The location and breakfast were fine and the staff were friendly.
−The room I had did not have any windows, smelt of stale smoke and was very stuffy.

“I would stay there every time I come to Denver if it wasn't for the scary drive at night.”
+The home is absolutely spectacular and very spacious. The host was extremely kind and helpful. He picked us up at the airport and drove us back.
−booking.com should mention that, although the home is only 5 miles from the airport, as the crow flies, it takes a little more than 30 minutes to get to and from the airport because of detours.

“Comfortable, peaceful, great hosts and wonderful hospitality”
+Ken is a wonderful host and cooked us a hearty breakfast and sat down with us to talk and we shared interesting travel experiences. It is big, spacious house with lots of rooms and a great outlook over the surrounding farmland with a view of the Rockies in the distance.

“Please refund my money.”
+Nothing, I had to leave because of inadequacies. The bedroom was advertised as two queen beds, but had only one.
−The bedroom was advertised as two queen beds, but had only one. The owner rudely told us "I'll issue a refund. You are not staying here."
