“Last minute booking”
+The size of the caravan and the decoration made it feel like a holiday theme close to the beach and the beds were comfy . Outdoor seating area is nice to relax on . The owner was helpful about the washing facilities token to be able to wash some clothes
−The site was near a busy road. Other people on the site were very noisey . The carpet was full of dog hairs which found there way into our food. Not enough cupboard space to store food products for a self catering holiday. The toilet roll holder needs updating as this is all creaked and Sharpe . There is mould in the shower too seels could do with cleaning

“A wonderful location however the hygiene and cleanliness of the caravan left us feeling unsettled.”
+The location of how close we were to the beach was great. Rachel attempted to resolve the cleanliness issue very promptly and although still not the greatest outcome we appreciated her effort in a scenario outside of her control.
−Sadly we arrived to find the caravan had not been cleaned. Rachel kindly came very quickly and changed the bedding and wiped the surfaces however this did leave us quite unsettled after a long journey and we didn’t feel the caravan was cleaned to the usual standard I imagine Rachel would expect. There was also unfortunately a very unpleasant smell within the main area of the caravan which led to even further discomfort and we didn’t feel that we wanted to cook or eat in there due to it making us feel unwell.

+The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed in it! Great location close to the beach and a shop. We stay in Bacton every year and have done for the past 36 years, this caravan made the trip more enjoyable and comfortable!

“It was just ‘Ok’”
+The sofa was comfortable and location is great for exploring North Norfolk.
−Urine in the toilet when we arrived, the shower (although powerful) kept kettling, ie kept turning cold every 10 seconds, no ironing facilities.

“Not good and would not return”
+The caravan is very dated, old fashioned and wasn’t what we was expecting.
−Well considering we left after one night says it all! As soon as we walked in overwhelmed by a musty smell so much so my sister went to the shop next door to get cleaning products and carpet freshener. It was very cramped and in the photos it shows two single beds but it’s a double. There is no room to move in this room the second bedroom is better you do have room and more storage space. The Shower didn’t work to it’s full power the water just blasts out a splash every now and then, it needs a new shower head and pipe infact a new shower would be good. We took pic/video to try and explain how bad the shower is. You couldn’t have a proper shower due to how the water was coming out! The toilet roll holder was broke, dirt marks on the toilet by the handle and towel rail needs replacing. It’s all very dated, it needs a good clean/paint with new things. The fridge was dirty and the overwhelming musty smell was too much. We stayed the night and came home next day. Yes I had looked into Bacton as we normally stay in Mundesley which is a beautiful village but bacton is just a main road yes there is a shop next door not like Mundesley that has a Tesco express, a chip shop and further down

+The caravan was so beautifully decorated & felt like a little bit of home. Was in an ideal location. There were some extra treats left which was really lovely. Most essentials were supplied as well which was really lovely ie washing up liquid, toilet cleaner etc
