+Extremely clean throughout
−Felt pushed to give arrival time days before when I hadn't even booked transport yet and then to arrive immediately from the port messages from host asking arrival time which I picked to then be asked what time my boat was arriving and to come then and to find him standing waiting. Sometimes it's nice to be able to grab a coffee first. A small alleyway in front which is used as a short cut late at night so quite noisy. Not much daylight in the room

“Very satisfying stay in the heart of Split”
+Excellent location, right next to the port and to the old town. Many shops in the proximity. Very clean room, good Wifi connection and the host was very friendly.

+Very clean and spacious room. The location is excellent, the city center only a short, few minutes walk away, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The host was very polite and helpful during our whole stay.

“Great safe, clean & comfy almost next to palace stay”
+It was clean, comfy, hot shower, fridge, hot kettle. Located as near to Dioclesius Palace as you would want. Food places of course. Quite happening along harbor front there until even midnight for food, ice cream, drinks, walking under palace arches. Walking distance to Bus station or walk across to catch the ferry. Uber nearby or walk to nearby beach and one a little more farther. Catch the little train, it’s a great ride to top of hill over looking beach and town. Air conditioner, tv! Host quickly answered calls.
−It’s nice and white but I had room that had no outside light, window went to like room next to outside so devoid of charm, perfect for guys, but I wasn’t in room except to sleep really so…

“SPECTACULAR! WILL COME BACK AGAIN!”
+I liked the whole experience, Nikola was always checking on me from days before and waited for me to give me the keys and show me around, offered all the support I needed. Also. Flat was lovely, clean and spacious with all amenities and very very well located, I basically walked to most attractions and beaches or paid like €8 max to get to the farthest one. Lovely!!

“Highly recommend, great price-to-value”
+Amazing apartment with an excellent price-to-value ratio. Nikola went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was incredibly helpful, always replied quickly, and was readily available by phone whenever we needed him. He answered all of our questions, provided plenty of towels, and gave us great recommendations on the best routes and places to visit. Overall, the apartment was clean, quiet, had an air conditioner, and was in a top-notch location. The Old Town, several markets and supermarkets, DM, the ferry port, and many great restaurants are all within walking distance. We didn’t need to use public transportation at all- everything was easily accessible on foot. Highly recommended!
−Directions to the apartment suggested by google maps are tricky - ask Nikola to give you better directions from the other side. Not much sunlight was coming into the room, but it didn't bother us since we were away most of the day anyway, and the weather was hot enough to dry our laundry overnight.

+Wonderful apartment! Very clean, cozy, and thoughtful down to the smallest detail- it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is simply ideal: everything is close by, yet the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly polite and always available, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and completely hassle-free.
