“Not that good for the price”

−We stayed in a room advertised as a Suite, so we expected a level of quality and service that would reflect this category. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The housekeeping service was extremely poor. On the first day, we left our room at 6:30 a.m., and when we returned at 3:00 p.m., it still had not been cleaned. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was well below acceptable standards, with noticeable accumulations of dust, lint, and debris in various areas of the room. There were also several maintenance issues, including a water leak in the bathroom and a broken toilet seat. In addition, the lighting in the room was extremely inadequate, particularly in the bathroom, where it was difficult to see properly. It is especially disappointing to encounter these issues in a room marketed as a suite. The cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort fell far short of what one would reasonably expect from a hotel of this category. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for more than one night. My advice would be to stay just one night to enjoy the beautiful views and cave experience and then move to a better hotel with higher standards of cleanliness, maintenan

+We had a suite so the room was quite large. It was situated high on the hill so there was an excellent view. The staff was wonderful and worked hard. Shout it to Mr. Sadra for making it all work. We even got to meet the owner.

“Very pleasant stay, highly recommend.”
+Very beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great views from the numerous terraces and the hotel bar and restaurant. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic as was the buffet breakfast.

“Dreamy stay”
+Amazing view and location! You can use the pool of other hotels near by which are in partnership with sultan caves. The hotel also helped me booking the hot air balloon in advance. Lastly, you can see the balloons at early morning flying over the hotel! The restaurant was really goood!

+I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I hoped for. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism. I felt very comfortable here and really appreciated the hospitality. Everything from the accommodations to the service made for such an enjoyable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!
