“Under no circumstances, beware of scam!”
+Although I contacted them in writing, 2 weeks before the accommodation, they did not respond to me. They knew I had the accommodation without free cancellation and that the amount blocked on the card for the accommodation was not refunded; they did not cancel or notify Booking of the problem. When I arrived at the accommodation, no one answered the intercom, the 2 landline numbers - only voicemail, and the mobile phone that they told me to contact when I was close to the accommodation was switched off. Furthermore, I learned from a fruit and vegetable shop across the street that the owner of the B&B had died in March, so a month ago, and that the deceased's descendants had fooled other tourists. Under no circumstances should you book here again, you will wake up like me with nowhere to stay. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Daniela, the customer support representative from Booking, who was my angel in those crazy moments and advised me properly on how to proceed, with a real human understanding of the desperate situation that I was in.
−I'll leave it at that, my repeated attempts to contact the accommodation before I went there If it's true that the owner passed away in March of this year, then Booking should delist this property, so that other tourists don't have to go through what I went through. Luckily, I worked out with some locals who helped me find another accommodation, but if my plane hadn't been arriving at noon, what would I have done alone in the evening in a foreign country?

+The host was nice and let me check in after hours. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you would need + a very strong AC unit which was a giant plus. The location is absolutely fantastic, being close to great nightlife, the beach and the Pescara Centrale transit hub. Would stay here again!
−It would have been nice to have extra pillows (only 2 were provided)

“Lovely studio”
+Very lovely little studio with a bathroom and a kitchen. I enjoyed my two nights here and felt welcome. Everything is working and there's a washing machine and cooking place. The owner is helpful and speaks English. Very good location, nearby the city center and the train station. I recommend this place.

“Zgodne z opisem”
+Apartament na parterze, wejście z klatki schodowej. Wygląd jak na zdjęciach, brak widoku z okna. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Dobra lokalizacja ze względu na bliskość, ok 100 metrów do długich deptaków z restauracjami. Za rogiem sklep spożywczy deco. W najbliższym sąsiedztwie godna polecenia restauracja z owocami morza, chyba nazwa vongole, prowadzi starsze małżeństwo. Do norza w linii prostej ok 450 metrów, ok 600 do plaży publicznej. Dojazd autobusem z lotniska, około 30 minut
−Wykup śniadań to jakieś nieporozumienie. To nie śniadanie a voucher w kawiarni w odległości ok 300 metrów do wykorzystania. W naszym przypadku zapłaciliśmy ok 15 EUR, żeby móc wymienić to na menu za 20. Efekt taki, że jak zamowilismy 2 kawy i 2 rogale to musieliśmy dopłacać różnice. Lepiej nie kupować i iść gdzie się chce. W kwaterze dziwny zapach, trochę jakby mocz, myśleliśmy, że to z podwórka, tam dużo kotów a zostawiliśmy otwarte okno.
