“Great location near the Vatican and St Peter’s basilica and comfortable room”

−Temporary issue I’m sure but there was a huge construction site next to it which was a a sore sight. Train noise can be disturbing for some

+I liked the location.
−I did not like the building the suites were located in. The elevator was so tiny that it can only accommodate 1 person with 2 suitcases. It also was a little freaky since there was no emergency button inside the elevator so my family of 3 had to continue using the stairs to access the suites which was on the 5th floor. The shower was not draining well and would flood almost instantly after turning the water on, and it seemed that nothing in the suite was stable. The lights on the wall were barely hanging on so that if you touch them they would turn, when sitting on the toilet it would creak and move almost like it would break, and the toilet paper holder was so flimsy it would turn around on the wall every time you touch it. Upon arrival we looked out the balcony and there was just a pile of clothes and trash on the balcony right below us which was just disgusting. I also did not like that the suites were on a building of private residences. The stairway up was eerie, the walls were dirty, the lighting was dingy, and overall I didn’t think the building was described in the booking. I also didn’t like that the suites were in a converted flat.

+The place was so clean & neat , the way it is fixed and cleaned daily with having the condiments included and for us at the room was great which is rare in rome, i would highly recommend to live here , bus station right across the building, train station is just 3.5 minutes walk which made it easier for us to pack and arrive on time to catch the train to our next destination, a lot of grocery stores, shops, restaurants around the building, 7 minutes walk to the vatican , amazing hospitality. Would live here on the next trip to Rome, grazi
+Location is excellent, beside the Vatican and a short walk to all the main attractions in Rome. The suites are newly renovated with comfortable beds. Perfect spot.

+Limpia, fácil acceso a transporte, zona segura, opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, el Vaticano caminando a 10 minutos y los museos y jardines caminando a 15 minutos, igual el castillo Sant’Angelo.

+Super helpful staff. The drain system in our shower stall was not properly designed for the rain shower so that was not a good experience. But Overall a great short stay.

+Excelente quarto, muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. Camas, travesseiros e lençóis muito confortáveis! Banheiro muito espaçoso e excelente ducha! Check in foi muito simples e a comunicação durante toda a estadia foi ótima! Bairro muito seguro e próximo ao Vaticano, muitos restaurantes e cafés por perto, assim como um bom mercado. Chegamos no aeroporto e pegamos um trem que nos deixou na estação San Pietro, há pouco mais de 300 metros do hotel, o que facilitou o deslocamento na chegada e na partida, e também durante toda estadia.
