+The room was very clean, and Arturo was extremely welcoming and eager to show off the area around the Hotel Zone. Picked me up from the airport, and even dropped me off at my next location. I highly recommend staying here while in Cancún.

“Calm and quiet”
+The room is cozy, and the host is super helpful and responds immediately to any request. It’s located in a quiet, nice neighborhood within a gated community. There is a parking space near the building, as well as plenty of street parking available, even if you arrive late.

+He is the best host I have ever encountered. He provided me with the best experience during my trip to Cancun. To ensure our safe travel, he waited for us at the airport for a long time and greeted us upon arrival. On the way to the hotel, he kindly introduced us to some local attractions suited to our interests and informed us about important travel precautions. He is a friend and host truly worthy of respect and trust. 👍 This hotel is perfect as the first stop of your trip,or even as the final place to relax during your journey.

“Superb”
+Artua is extremely accommodating. I was able to have him drive me everywhere I needed to go. His English is good and he has recommendations for good local food and activities. It was a perfect fit for me during my dental stay as a solo traveler. He allowed me as much privacy as I wanted as well.
−It was not clear to me that you share the accommodations with Artuo. Although a good fit for me, it may not be for non-solo travelers who require their space exclusively for themselves.

“Great time at Pok-ta-pok”
+Amazing, very clean place in great localisation. Arturo is an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about area, thanks to him, I visited nearby temple ruins and got tips where the best beaches are, I recommend booking him as a guide if you want to see best places in Quintana Roo by car. Place is walking distance from Hotel Zone centre, there are also a bus stops nearby. I liked access to amenities and how hospitale Arturo is. Highly recommend!
