“Would not book again, even if location is great”
+The location is great.
−No actual view out of the windows. Bathroom not clean, with poor lighting. No washing machine, no sofa in the living room - since this is advertised as an "apartment" - I think it is a real issue. A lot of stairs up to the flat. It was not mentioned in the description - this would have been a reason for me not to book. Especially when you have a baby, luggage, and a stroller, no elevator is a real issue. A lot of random notes on what buttons to press, what to do. Perhaps they think this is the first time someone uses an apartment. Overall, I think they are just leveraging on the location, with minimal investment in the facility.

“Perfect location perfect accommodation and very comfy bed”
+Everything was great. Location was perfect. I couldn’t have picked somewhere that was so perfect on location. Within minutes of everything. If you are thinking about this place definitely pick it for location
−I got woken up at 0618 one morning and 0720 the next morning by banging and shouting of workers! I did fall back asleep but it was quite loud.

+Location, space, kitchen, the host was nice and you can keep your luggage after checking out
−There are two apartments as others mentioned, the one I got wasn't like the pics on its profile, the windows are right next to the building next to it, it's actually dark and cold even in the day time. Sound proof was bad you can hear everything happening in the square next to the apartment. The washing machine was not available for guests. No contactless check-in. And there are lots of stairs.

+Location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed to see in Florence.
−No elevator, we had to walk up 5 floors with our luggage, there was no mosquito net, it was quite noisy, the woman who checked us in was quite insistent, we wrote a lot on WhatsApp. When she greeted us, she was too explanatory, she even insisted that I demonstrate my ability to unlock a simple lock with a key so that she could be sure that I wouldn't break it.

“Tante cose da migliorare”
+Posizionare fantastica
−Wc troppo piccolo, piatto doccia scomodo. Troppe scale da fare. Manca bollitore e microonde. Ci vorrebbe un divano nel soggiorno

“Nocleg w samym środku Florencji”
+Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, jeśli chce się zwiedzać centrum historyczne Florencji Jest to kompletne, małe mieszkanie
−76 schodów przy dość wąskiej klatce schodowej. Szczęśliwie mamy niezłą formę i tylko dwie małe walizki

“Ottima soluzione in centro”
+Ottima posizione in centro a Firenze, pulizia e piena disponibilità della titolare, rapporto qualità/prezzo
−La mancanza di ascensore, considerato il piano, potrebbe essere scomoda per alcuni clienti
