+The location was excellent! We were central to everything and is made our commuting time less. We were 2 stops away fro Alexanderplatz.
−Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and I don't mind stairs, but these were somewhat difficult. There was no mention of stairs in the description or that there was no elevator. Getting our luggage to the apartment was a nightmare, but the staff did offer to help. Older people may nèed to this .

+Location is great, close to Rewe and tram stations. The room was a bit smaller than expected at first but over the span of two weeks i felt comfortable by the end but I'm a slim guy 😅 Staff were really helpful when needed a fan after a hot night, laundry and suitcases storage.
−We stayed for two weeks, the first week was great but then they began renovating the outdoor sitting/smoking area which meant that the garbage bins were stored in the lobby/entrance area. It caused some inconvenient smell including smoking workers which went into the rooms during hot days. We had bad luck with timing but it's not something to consider to avoid coming because.

−The bed and position of the bed. Felt cheap. Was against a wall so had to climb over partner to get out.

“Small hotel, with basic furnishings, clean and in an excellent location for travelers”
+The hotel "SUITE & APART" is in an excellent location in Berlin Mitte. The apartment is small and barebones, but clean and perfectly adequate for a traveler who spends most of the day exploring. Nearby is a Rewe supermarket and an S-Bahn stop (Pappelplatz). The U-Bahn stop Rosenthalerplatz (U8) is a four-minute walk away, and the U-Bahn stop Naturkundmuseum (U6) is just two stops away by S-Bahn. The neighborhood is lively. There are people walking around at all hours, and I liked this.
−There is a basketball court and skate park very close to the hotel. The noise from these facilities may be bothersome for some travelers. However, in my case, the noise of skaters or basketball games did not bother met at all.

“Vi har generelt været meget glade for at bo der.”
+Ingen morgenmad. Rigtg god beliggenhed. Personalet meget sødt og hjælpsomt.
−Ingen elevator. Hårdt at bo på 5. sal. Lidt skrabet indretning i lejligheden (fx. møbler og service)

“Berlino in pochi giorni”
