+Everything is well thought through. I recommended the dinner. It's a food festival in a cosy and fun atmosphere, adjusted to the current season. The entire stay was extraordinary.

+It was wonderful! Very beautiful outdoor hot spring, and facilities are great. Beds were very comfy and huge. The price is high, but definitely worth the money. Only to note that you need to request towels change, etc. They don't enter the room if not requested.
−Only downside was the shabushabu and breakfast soup's smell lingering in the room, though I'm not sure what can be done to eliminate the cooking aroma.

+Relaxing, incredible rooms, privacy and tranquil stay. Key perks is the partnerships across the town to book and use facilities across the hot springs etc
−Stressful hotel staff. Attentive, but not used to English speaking tourists.

+We had a wonderful three-night stay at Suigan in late August. The setting of the hotel is absolutely marvelous, and our room (301) was simply perfect, spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The quality of the amenities and equipment was also excellent, with everything thoughtfully designed to make the stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. The service throughout our stay was great, and we particularly appreciated the team’s flexibility in accommodating a dinner outside even though it had not initially been planned, as well as adjusting the timing for us. The food was excellent throughout the entire stay, and the complimentary amenities and thoughtful little touches were a very nice addition to the experience. Thank you so much to the whole Suigan team for such a memorable and relaxing stay. We would be very happy to return.
−Loved it all !
