+It’s very clean, quiet. The staff are really friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable. I like there was shuttle service available, which makes the distance from the train negligible.

+Supremely relaxing and reflective experience. Everything was thoughtfully synthesised to create a true authentic experience with comfort and mindfulness at the centre of everything. Nazar in particular was a gracious and humorous host. After having been ill, the food was first rate and healed us.

“Beautiful lakeside ryokan hotel with private onsen”
+A modern take on the traditional onsen ryokan. Recommend a room with private onsen and lake view. You get a private dining room with personal service and delightfully fresh, seasonal local produce. Easy getting around the local district. Close to amazing museums and galleries. Also consider their sister hotel in tateshina up the mountain

“Life changingly good time”
+AMAZING. Stunning. Groundbreaking. I cannot wait to return to Japan specifically to come back here. We wish we stayed for longer. Lovely dinner, unparalleled breakfast. I cannot stop thinking about the breakfast. Everything was perfect. Staff goes above and beyond at all hours for you 24/7. I cannot thank you all enough for the best hotel stay of my life!

“諏訪湖ひとりじめ！”
+妙齢女子三人旅、大変良い休日を過ごす事が出来ました、ありがとうございました。ウェルカムドリンクの高山茶から夕食朝食、どれも素晴らしく大変美味しくいただきました。お部屋付きの源泉かけ流し風呂が気持ち良かったのはもちろんですが、展望露天インフィニティ風呂が最高でした。諏訪湖を独り占めした気分、3回も入ってしまいました。充実のアメニティ、タオル使い放題、作務衣にパジャマ、館内スリッパ無し、どれもわたし好みでした。 2日目の4社巡りバスツアー（無料）も大満足でした。ありがとうございました。
−わたしがせっかちな性分なもので、食事出しのタイミングが若干遅く感じました。良くなかった点と言うほどではありません。
