“Superb stay in Antwerp”
+Wonderful apartment in a superb location. This place really felt like a home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed, sparkling clean, overlooking a street full of bars and terraces but very well soundproofed. Highly recommended!

“Great location, dismal management”
+The location is excellent. For one thing, right across the street there's a fantastic café/publisher that serves excellent paninis. The cleaner works extremely hard to keep things working.
−The property is dismally managed. There are no personnel on site to handle any issues. The fine print stated we need to pay a €175 damage deposit in cash on arrival; no-one ever collected this from us (cash deposits for short-term stays are a known scam in Antwerp). Changing linens & towels costs €55 and requires 2 days' notice. There's no way to dispose of trash; you have to just keep it inside the apartment itself. The required cleaning materials were not provided. Cutlery and dishes were very dirty. The manager of the property, Ludo, treats any problems like a personal insult. After we accidentally locked ourselves out and he arranged for the cleaner to come and open up for us, he told me on the phone we're not allowed to complain about anything else for the rest of the stay. Basically the cleaner is the only person doing actual work. Stay far away from this apartment.

−L'appartement est une vrai moulin. L'appartement 12 sert de stockage des draps, de serviettes, machine à laver, poubelles, matériel de nettoyage pour les autres appartements, le personnels entre et sort comme il veut; pire il laisse les clés sur la porte et qui veut bien du coup peut entrer et prendre nos affaires. Le personnels rentre pendant que l'on dort. Il me semble que cela s'appelle une violation de domicile. Booking n'a pas pris en compte ma réclamation, j'attends toujours votre appel

+Elegante, funzionale, accogliente come una casa propria. E poi la zona, ben servita, piena di locali, e poco distante dal centro. Gentilissimo e disponibile l’host. Davvero tutto perfetto.

+Très bon séjour à Anvers. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, dans le Sud d’Anvers, à proximité de nombreux cafés, restaurants et musées, ce qui permet de profiter facilement du quartier à pied. La chambre étant située en retrait de la rue, j’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme et j’ai très bien dormi.
−Petit bémol concernant le canapé, qui était légèrement taché. Un service de consigne ou de stockage des bagages après le check-out serait également un vrai plus pour les voyageurs souhaitant profiter encore un peu de la ville avant leur départ.

“Ottimo soggiorno!”
+Bellissimo appartamento molto confortevole e luminoso e in posizione ideale per visitare la città. Comodo il letto. Siamo stati molto bene, come a casa.
−A causa del caldo eccezionale c' erano molte zanzare. Forse sarebbe una buona idea lasciare una macchinetta a disposizione
