“The service and surroundings do not match the very high price tag - stay at Quinta de Comporta instead!”
+The rooms were beautifully luxurious. The beach club is lovely, and it is a real treat to have this included.
−Our room was an annexe to another property, where we could se ether pool and we looked at the road. It was located in pine forest some distance from the beach, and in September it felt cold rather than Mediterranean (it was 28 degrees at the beach). The staff were terrible. Checking in took ages and then we were asked to take a seat at the bar while they found someone to take us to our room…and then promptly forgot about us while they checked others in and took them to their rooms. Breakfast was chaos - dirty tables not cleared; being offered and asking for coffee 3 times before getting it ourselves ; cooked food emerging from the kitchen cold; untrained staff who did not know how to do their job.

World class gym (zelfs een aparte pilates studio).

+Localização, Decoração, Conceito, Conforto, Limpeza, e o Conceito do Hotel

−A nossa única nota menos positiva foi no momento do check-out.
