+The room was well-presented and clean. The host was very kind. She even kindly granted me access to the room earlier than expected just to drop off my bag, which I greatly appreciated.
−While the room itself was great, I found the location was not what I was after. Since the room directly overlooks a main street, I could hear people passing by and constant traffic noise. For me, a quieter zone is a high priority, but I understand this is just my personal preference.

+Struttura accogliente, molto curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, attenta ad ogni esigenza dell’ospite. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti dal centro di Cagliari e molto ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Ci tornerei volentieri

+Ich habe eine Woche im B&B Su Coccu verbracht und bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin hat Sonnenschirme und Tücher für den Strand zu Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche, welche auch von andere Mietern benutzt werden kann, ist auch komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt Keckse, Kaffee und Müsli in der Küche, wobei man sich bedienen kann. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr Hilfsbereite Person und war immer erreichbar. Gleich vor der Haustür ist eine sehr gute Gelateria und auch eine Busstation. Ein Supermarkt ist etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und auch die Altstadt ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

−Właścicielka nie zna języków obcych. Nie podaje śniadań. W kuchni pozostawia:tylko ciasto i ciastka z konserwantami, mleko i sok, kawę w kapsułkach, ograniczoną ilość i wybór owoców. Brakowało jogurtu, sera, jajek, wędliny i świeżego pieczywa. Śniadania były niezjadliwe i niezdrowe. Kupowaliśmy własne produkty mimo, że w cenie noclegu było śniadanie. Sygnalizowaliśmy czego nam brakuje, ale odpowiedź była negatywna. Brakowało ciepłej wody w umywalce w łazience. Była tylko pod prysznicem.

“È stato tutto perfetto apparte il problema dei rumori provenienti da fuori”
+La cordialità della proprietaria, l’arredamento, la perfetta organizzazione di stanza e cucina.
−Non essendo insonorizzata già dalle prime ore del mattina (6:30) si iniziano a sentire i rumori provenienti da fuori.
