+The location is the best, you have the best view and very good hiking place, there are waterfalls and nice mountain just behind the place.

+Stybeck farm was in an absolutely gorgeous location and is so easy to get to on public transport, there's a bus stop right outside! (Legburthwaite). Kitchen is set with anything you may need, bed was super comfy and the animals around are so cute!
−The shower wouldn't stay hot, I had one shower right at the beginning that worked perfectly but after, the shower would always switch between super hot and then cold! There is definitely hot water though!

“Charming, but basic.”
+The location afforded a magnificent view of the hills and was quite gorgeous. The hut was quite basic but did have a working series of power outlets and a microwave. I thought the bed was comfortable and the hut was charming. In Summer weather, I think that
−The reception was not overly welcoming. Apparently the lady who deals with guests had popped out for an hour, so we missed her. The hut is charming, very basic and it was cold. There was a heater which, did not take long to warm the hut up, but you had to keep turning it on and off again, because the hut then got too hot. What I didn't like is that the toilets were very basic and the shower, although hot, was basic and cramped. Shaving was a bit of an effort as there were little sinks. It is also quite a noisy, working farm with a great dog chorus throughout the day barking from a barn near the hut.

“What a wonderful hit to stay in, like a home away from home”
+Great place to set off up Helvellyn, lovely hit with everything you could need. The host even included sachets to make hot drinks and soup with. Cannot recommend high enough

“Relaxing cottage stay with surrounding farm animals.”
+Lovely remote countryside place to stay. The part we stayed in was attached to the main farmhouse and was a very relaxing and cosy place. It had excellent facilities including a log burner, and lots of farm animals nearby which were all very cute. The farm staff were also very helpful and friendly.

“A beautiful getaway”
+Gorgeous location, the hut had all you need, water microwave plates etc, we had a wonderful stay and walk. Super cozy and warm :)
−Our only quarm was there’s no nearby shops for food etc, and the only pub within a few miles was closed! So make sure you do a small shop in Keswick.
