+The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet.There were many nice beaches and restaurants nearby. Also the market right at the accommodation is super convenient.

“Value for money rooms close to the popular Amoopi beaches”
+Value for money rooms, fully equipped. Almost cleaned/tidied every day. At a nice location, close to Amoopi beaches. The owner was amazing, he was very helpful with everything, from answering our questions to taking care of room stuff for us (e.g., second key, fixing a light bulb, etc.)
−Very windy sometimes, to the point that it might wake you up from sleep if you sleep with the balcony door open. Fortunately that makes it less hot, and either way A/C is provided. There was no shade in our balcony unfortunately, which prevented us from sitting there in the mornings. Wifi was very spotty, we used our mobile connection.

+We had a really lovely stay here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic base in Karpathos. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view over the sea and the surrounding hills. The atmosphere feels genuinely Greek, quiet and relaxing, and the whole setting has something very special about it. The owner is fantastic: extremely kind, welcoming and always available to help with anything you may need. He immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home. The staff is also excellent, very friendly and professional. One of the biggest strengths of the property is definitely the cleanliness. This is something I personally care a lot about, and the standard here was excellent. The rooms were always extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and are basically small studios, each with its own outdoor space, terrace or garden. They are simple but very pleasant and perfect even for a longer stay. The nearest place to swim is Kastelia Bay, only about 4 minutes on foot. It is not really a traditional beach, but more of a beautiful rocky bay, almost like a natural swimming pool. −The only thing I personally missed was having a café or breakfast place right nearby, somewhere you can simply walk to in the morning. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket close by, but not many other services within immediate walking distance. Apart from that, I really have nothing negative to say

+We had an amazing stay at Nina’s Studios! We are an Italian couple and from the moment we arrived, Terry made us feel completely at home. He is the perfect example of genuine Greek hospitality: warm, generous, friendly and always available to help. He gave us great advice about the island and was incredibly kind to us throughout our entire stay. His welcoming personality and authentic Greek spirit really made a difference and made our experience in Karpathos even more special. Nina’s Studios is also a beautiful place to stay. Our apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable: a kitchen, comfortable beds, a private bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobes and all the essentials for our holiday. We especially loved the lovely balcony overlooking the sea , such a beautiful view to wake up to and enjoy during the day. The location is fantastic, and together with Terry’s warmth and hospitality, it made our stay truly S2unforgettable. We would recommend Nina’s Studios 100%. +Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la vista, la tranquillità la vicinanza a bellissime spiagge raggiungibili a piedi e a ottime taverne per la cena. All'interno della struttura è presente anche un minimarket gestito dal proprietario, una persona molto simpatica e disponibile.

+La posizione rispetto a Pigadia e altre località. A piedi si raggiunge la baia di Amoopi e altre spiagge molto belle. Struttura con tutti i servizi necessari e tranquilla. Ogni due giorni cambiano asciugamani e lenzuola che non è sempre scontato. Buona possibilità di parcheggio.
