“I hated every minute of my stay!. I will not stay in this facility even if it was free.”
+staff were friendly and polite. it was also clean.
−I think the building is at least over 25 years old. Everything in this facility was in poor shape or it was not working. This facility reminded me of 1980s government assisted senior housing where my grand mother used to live in. BTW, Photos on booking website are FAKE!! Few examples; it took over 8 minutes of running water to get the water warm in the shower. You can hear every step when someone walks above you in form of loud bang. All lights are 1970s florescent dead white lights, so bring your sun glasses! There is no central air, just a window A/C which also could work as a heater with a dusty fan operates with a manual turning nub so if you get hot or cold, you need to get out of bed and turn it off/on. etc,,,

“7 nights, simple, well executed stay”
+Excellent no frills accomodation with self catering facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within the Waymo robotic taxi service area which is very useful. You don't get a maid service, but that is reflected in the excellent price.
−I have no complaints.
